Dedicated Agency is an international artist agency based in the Netherlands. Within our company, we work across different departments responsible for our artists. We represent artists from various genres, including Nicky Romero, Gabry Ponte, Dr Phunk, Jody Bernal, Harrie Snijders, and Afro Bros. Additionally, we collaborate with multiple brands and organize various events in partnership with SLAM! events, Revealed Recordings, and Protocol Recordings.
Job Description
As a Bookings Intern, you will support our booking agents in organizing and coordinating (inter)national tours. Your responsibilities will include compiling lead lists, analyzing the market, and contributing strategically to the positioning of our artists. You will also review marketing materials, assist in the sales and logistics process, and handle various administrative and advancing tasks. In short, this is a dynamic internship where you will play a key role in the fast-paced world of artist management.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Assisting in coordinating and pitching (inter)national bookings and tours
Cleaning up and expanding lead lists with potential clients (bookers, promoters, agencies, festivals, clubs, etc.)
Researching the music industry and identifying market trends
Exploring potential booking opportunities and industry developments
Contributing to strategic planning and artist positioning
Reviewing artists' marketing materials
Supporting social media efforts and creating newsletters
Assisting in the sales process and maintaining client relationships
Providing administrative support for contracts, offers, and other paperwork
Supporting advancing, planning, and execution of shows where needed
Preparing run sheets, briefings, and gathering necessary (travel) documents
Who Are You?
We are an informal, hardworking team with a passion for the music industry. Are you currently pursuing an HBO degreein Sales, Economics, Media & Entertainment, Leisure Management, or Event Management and looking for a hands-on internship? Then read on! We are looking for someone who:
Is service-oriented and stress-resistant
Is organized, punctual, accurate, flexible, and eager to learn
Doesn’t have a strict 9-to-5 mentality
Has a strong command of both Dutch and English (spoken & written)
Has a passion for the music industry and frequently attends events & festivals
Lives within a 50 km radius of Nootdorp and has a valid driver’s license
